Telling the story of a multi-office design firm that had a whole department leave at one of its main offices. I used the A3 process to rally engineers from other offices, create consensus and implement a plan for improvement.  Speaker: Ethan Grossman, PE, LEED, AL, CPD, Associate at JB&BEthan earned his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Long Beach and moved to Boston in 1998.
