At Lean Speed Dating, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from industry experts, each specializing in a different Lean Construction topic.

The event kicks off with appetizers and drinks, allowing you to fuel up and connect with fellow professionals. Then, get ready to rotate among the experts, spending quality time with each one to gain insights, ask questions, and expand your network. Facilitators:

• Henry Nutt III is a Preconstruction Executive at Southland Industries, where his primary role is to develop business for the company. Additionally, Henry advises owners and construction leaders on how to effectively use lean tools to work more efficiently to reduce waste. He’s been in the industry for over 35 years, starting as a union sheet metal worker for Local 104 before rising to the general superintendent. Henry currently sits on Lean Construction Institute’s Board of Directors as Chair. He was the 2018 recipient of the LCI’s Pioneer Award. He’s the author of Seven Principles: Creating Success in the Construction Industry.
  Henry’s focus for questions will be Building Lean Teams and Promoting Lean Culture
• Victor R. Ortiz has more than 40 years of experience as an Organization Transformation consultant and collaborative leadership trainer. He has trained more than 3000 team leaders and executives in facilitative leadership and collaborative problem-solving skills. Vic has worked on the implementation of Lean Construction practices around the world. Vic is the creator and lead trainer for LCI NorCal’s new educational offering, “High-Performance Leadership.” Vic’s focus for questions will be the Last Planner System^®
• Todd Henderson is a principal at Boulder Associates, directs their San Francisco office, and has over 20 years of healthcare design experience. An advocate and innovator of Lean design within his company's culture and beyond, Todd is also currently fascinated   by Agile, Knowledge Management, programming microcontrollers, pickling, and homemade cocktail bitters. Recently, he became a Certified ScrumMaster and runs his teams using the Scrum framework. Even more recently, he decided to teach himself how to fish, and can sometimes be found looking foolish near   large bodies of water.
  Todd is the Lean Wild Card – Any Lean topic is welcome.
