This program will teach why personal responsibility is so important to building a Lean culture. Participants will learn to distinguish responsible versus non-responsible behavior and the outcomes of these contrasting environments. They will leave with a set of skills and tools to practice that lead to greater individual and team accountability and greater safety in dealing with mistakes, behavioral issues and all challenging situations with colleagues, customers and business partners.

The Metro Apex Gemba Walk will consist of a tour of a 306,000 SF Outpatient Medical Facility as well as an 875 car parking garage. The tour will last approximately 1 hour followed up by a discussion of observations and Lean Principles.
