Healthcare Construction Faceoff: Volumetric Modular VS Manufactured Kit-of-Parts (Northern California CoP)

Northern California Community of Practice

This presentation will give an in-depth look into how owner, architect, general contractor, and specialty contractor worked together to build a medical exam room and unisex restroom two ways - volumetric modular and manufactured kit-of-parts. This collaborative R&D initiative was launched   with a shared goal to increase speed to market for the owner while also creating a process and standardized design documents that can be leveraged on future construction.
