This workshop creates an advanced learning community in which “Respect for People” is realized through specific leadership behaviors, strategies and practical tools. Spread over two full-day sessions, we will deeply examine and practice four areas of Leadership Life Skills; Facilitative Leadership, Communication Skills for Difficult Situations, Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement, and Collaborative Problem Solving and Decision Making. Participants will receive training materials and guidance that can be immediately adapted and applied to your company and projects. A Certificate of Completion applicable to receive up to 16 hours of Continuing Education Credits will be provided for full attendance.

The LCI’s Dallas/Fort Worth Community of Practice invites you to Lean on the Front Line, a moderated conversation with Lean superintendent champions where we’ll explore the use of Lean in the field through the superintendent’s lens. Where and why do they think Lean succeeds or fails? What have been their greatest lessons learned? How can we work together to achieve more buy-in from trades, architects, and owners?
