- Kyle Wietharn, Southland Industries
After graduating in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Kyle moved to Philadelphia to work as a project manager for Southland Industries on the PennFirst project. After completion of the hospital, he relocated to Cleveland where he is now working on the new World Headquarters for Sherwin Williams. Leveraging his experience in the IPD process, Kyle has spent the last year and a half implementing TouchPlan through design completion and construction start of the 38-story high-rise. - Mike Eife, Balfour Beatty
Mike is an Assistant Project Manager at Balfour Beatty and has been in the industry for 8 years. After starting his career with a concrete contractor, he graduated Penn State and joined Balfour at the Penn Medicine Pavilion, a new Hospital in Philadelphia that utilized an IPD agreement. Currently, Mike is working on another IPD project in the initial design phase. With architect and engineer partners spread across the country, the team is using virtual tools to achieve their pull planning goals.
