The Past, Present, & Future of Lean in our Region: An Industry Roundtable Event (Ohio Valley CoP)

Design & Construction leaders (GC/CM, Owners, Designers, Trade Partners, etc.) in the Ohio Valley region are encouraged to attend this facilitated roundtable event during which we will explore the state of Lean in general, and specific “pain points” and identified waste in our project processes, in particular. 

The desired outcomes of this session include: an understanding of shared experiences and dissatisfactions across participant organizations, a sharable list of group-provided strategies, and direction on how the Ohio Valley CoP can provide programming to add value to the industry in our region.

Speaker:

• Julie Glassmeyer is the Owner of Glassmeyer Construction Consulting & Coaching, LLC. For the past 22 years, Glassmeyer has been employing, facilitating, and coaching Lean Design & Construction principles. She draws on her 30 years of experience in commercial construction planning and management to support project teams in achieving successful Lean implementation. Glassmeyer holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Cincinnati State and UC.
