GEMBA Walk: Leveraging Lean and Integrated Project delivery

Join us on this unique opportunity to tour and learn about Procter & Gamble’s Lean Integrated Project Delivery (LIPD) at the St. Louis’ New Office and Onsite Warehouse Project.  The project team will present and provide onsite tour. This event is highly recommended for owners, AE firms, GC’s and trade partners looking to learn more about Lean IPD implementation.

Speakers:

• Brian Crawford, Alberici Constructors
  Brian is the Corporate Lean Director at Alberici Constructors, responsible for the implementation of Alberici’s Lean Edge Program across all the company’s projects.  Brian has over 30 years of project management experience and is an active member of the Lean Construction Institute. 
• Joshua Clark, Procter & Gamble
  Joshua is Engineering Director at Procter & Gamble, St. Louis, Missouri.  Josh is a founding member of the LCI St Louis’ Community of Practice. As a core group leader, he has been instrumental in fostering Lean and IPD adoption in the greater St Louis region.

PPE is required. Please wear steel-toe footwear, safety classes, helmet, high-visibility vest and gloves.
