Join LCI San Diego CoP and Pacific Western for a spirited conversation tour/audit of their facility on using Visual Management for early engagement between the PRG, Ops Excellence, Estimating, and finance teams to deliver Quality Service On Time Every Time -  QSOTET and address the opportunities and challenges for LEAN adoption in our 20-Mile March.  Food will be provided and will be an interactive lunch.
