Instructions:
This questionnaire is intended to foster a conversation amongst multiple people on a team by helping them understand opportunities to enhance their Lean Intensity on a Project. It is tool and contract agnostic. It does not replace an in-depth, detailed assessment by a qualified person that includes direct observation.
Read through the statements and consider them carefully. Select the appropriate descriptor of your team members that fit each description to uncover your team’s opportunities for further growth.
